Forty Shades Of Grey Forty Shades of Grey are a local pop punk band who have just established themselves in Adelaide. I was recently hired to create a whole branding identity for the band which included posters, CD artwork, web design, T-shirt designs, logotypes and a range of other merchandise. The obvious solution for a logotype would have been to simply have forty different shades of grey but I respected the consumers which the band was aimed at and decided to come up with something a little more clever. The logotype I created was a logo in which it looks antique yet modern, the words “forty shades of grey” appear to be rubbed out and yet it is only stark black and white the way in which it appears creates the “grey” element in the logotype. ![]() |

Ecopac Corporate Identity & Branding Final concepts for corporate identity and branding extension for environmentally friendly recycling packaging company Ecopac. A corporate identity was created for the parent company as well as three separate divisions for glass, fibre & plastic. A branding extension was also created with a range of character elements which reflected the nature aspect of the company. |
